Trackwell eLOG offers a tailored solution for onboard catch registration, designed to adapt to local, regional, or international regulations. The platform is simple and intuitive, suitable for all vessel types, with both desktop and mobile versions that run smoothly on smartphones and tablets.

Catch information is automatically transmitted from vessels in real time, giving users secure access to data through a standard web browser. The system allows users to extract reports that compare fishing grounds and vessels over selected time periods. In addition, users can receive daily fishing reports by email or get notifications when a trip is finished and the vessel is heading to port.

A Proven History in Electronic Reporting Compliance

Trackwell eLOG was first introduced in 2001 in Iceland, one of the earliest countries to mandate onboard catch registration. Since 2004, all larger Icelandic fishing vessels have used Trackwell eLOG for daily reporting. Today, about 250 vessels in Iceland submit data to the government via the Trackwell desktop platform, while another 400 smaller vessels use the Trackwell mobile eLOG app to send daily reports to authorities.

Beyond Iceland, countries such as Norway have relied on Trackwell’s catch logbook solutions for over two decades, reinforcing our role as a trusted partner in fisheries compliance and reporting.
